Baudouin Meyhui : \u00ab Joyce a fait ses \u00e9tudes \u00e0 l\u2019Universit\u00e9 du Vin \u00e0 Suze-La-Rousse en Bourgogne. Avec 22 hectares de vignes, le ch\u00e2teau de sa famille est le plus grand domaine viticole de notre pays. Chaque ann\u00e9e, il accueille des milliers d\u2019amateurs de vin. \u200b \u00c0 l\u2019origine, trois c\u00e9pages y \u00e9taient cultiv\u00e9s : Auxerrois, Pinot Gris et Pinot Noir. Joyce, en tant qu\u2019\u0153nologue comp\u00e9tente, a os\u00e9 passer aux raisins Chardonnay. R\u00e9ussite \u00e9clatante, vu que les vins du Ch\u00e2teau Genoels-Elderen sont entre-autres servis dans de grands restaurants fran\u00e7ais. Elle est donc, \u00e0 juste titre, une digne ambassadrice du secteur vitivinicole dans notre pays \u00bb. <\/p>\n\n<p
